it's okay! i know it sounds stupid to say that, but it is.so today you ate mcdonalds- so what? you wanted mcdonalds, and you ate mcdonalds. you can't change that. and guess what else? that's okay. it's okay to have a shitload of greasy food every once in a whilebut the important thing is, what you're going to do tomorrowit may seem down right now, but when you wake up tomorrow morning, you'll have a fresh start. set your mind to whatever you want- if it's mcdonalds, then so be it! if it's restricting, then that's great. don't get upset tonight- there's always hope in the future :)x nikki
